All property reservations, sale contracts, and payments are handled directly with Makadi Heights for Tourist Development S.A.E. through the developer’s official procedures and documentation. PAM For Real Estate:

• Does not collect property purchase payments on behalf of the developer.
• Does not accept cash or issue receipts on the developer’s behalf.
• Does not issue the developer’s reservation forms or sale contracts.
• Does not sign property contracts on the developer’s behalf.
• Does not guarantee that a unit will remain available until a reservation is completed.

Before making a payment, verify the recipient, payment instructions, documentation, and contractual terms directly with the developer through its official channels. Our brokerage commission is paid by the developer under our brokerage agreement. It is not a substitute for, or a recipient of, the buyer’s property purchase payment.

6. No Guarantee of Investment Returns

Real estate purchases involve financial and market risks. Nothing on this website should be interpreted as a guarantee of capital appreciation, rental income, resale value, occupancy, investment returns, or future demand.
